Harish Iyer has 16 years of work experience across various Asset Management Companies in the Compliance, Legal & Secretarial profiles. During his career, Harish has overseen implementation of processes and controls under various laws and regulations across various AMCs. Prior to joining Bajaj Finserv Asset Management Limited, he was Senior Vice President - Legal & Compliance, at IDFC Asset Management Company Limited.

He has also had stints at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, Principal PNB Asset Management Company Private Limited (Principal Mutual Fund schemes have been transferred to Sundaram Mutual Fund) and SBI Funds Management Limited.

He is a B.COM, ACS, LL.B. He is also an avid cricket and football fan and takes keen interest in listening to rock music.
